RSA is a full-service, multi-disciplinary architecture and design company that is born and bred in the City of Hyderabad.

We cater to the development needs of individuals as well as corporate clients, and are able to support a wide variety of design and consulting endeavors through the entire lifetime of a project.

RSA was established by Ar. Ravi Shankar and Ar.Megha Shyam after several years leading large-scale projects in the corporate, IT and custom residential typologies.

What we do

Architectural Design
We think holistically - land use, client needs, context, design aesthetics, functionality, visual appeal, and end users.

From an initial consultation to project completion, we provide a number of services to our clients and play an active consulting role in every step of land development.
We are able to provide a range of architectural design services to our clients, including concept development, architectural programming, interior design, and facade design.

Master Site Planning
Clients often engage our services in master site planning when developing raw land or redeveloping an existing site. Involvement of an architect during the master site planning stage, especially on large residential or corporate campus projects, ensures the comprehensive site development.

During master site planning, we approach design from a much higher level of analysis with consideration of municipal regulations, surrounding development, road and transit networks, site topography, intensity of disturbance, tree preservation, site infrastructure (roads, parking, etc.) and also functional programming (building location, development phasing, etc.) at the site level.
Our master site planning services are also supported by other engineers, surveyors, etc., on the project team; and we are equipped to assist clients in recruiting such additional specialized consultants.
